BTS closed the world tour BTS World Tour: Love Yourself by holding three consecutive concerts in their hometown on October 26 – 29, 2019, at Jamsil Main Stadium in Hanoi capital Seoul.
It is estimated that about 44,000 fans attended each concert, bringing the total audience for all three days to 132,000.
As a concert to close the entire tour, BTS expressed gratitude to the ARMYs fan community in Korea for 3 hours with the group’s most famous hit songs, cleverly integrating skillful and attractive solo stages carefully prepared by the 7 members of the group (RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V and Jungkook).
In particular, what made the concert a perfect highlight was the appearance of 300 drones equipped with brilliant LED lights in the performance Mikrokosmos (소우주 – roughly translated: Small universe).
300 drones were launched under remote control, flying around and illustrating the rhythm of the song’s lyrics, completing the task of mesmerizing the attention of more than 40,000 audiences for five minutes.
BTS is the first and only artist in Korea willing to use drone technology to “light up” concerts. The light magic party was held in cooperation with Intel (the unit responsible for the world record-breaking drone performance at the 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympics).
This “huge” preparation impressed not only ARMYs in particular and the international K-POP-loving community in general but also received compliments from residents living in the Jamsil area, Seoul, located in the stadium where BTS held their concert. (Because this is an elevated performance, residents in the stadium’s surrounding areas can admire it).
In addition, performance stages using VR (Virtual Reality) technology are also highly noteworthy. In RM’s solo performance Trivia 承: Love, brilliant heart graphic effects and messages directly appeared embedded in this member’s performance image on the LED and real-time screens.

This has become an unforgettable memory for ARMYs. Especially when the BTS and ARMY logos appear in the night sky and remind them that BTS and the ARMY community are forever one.
